This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased on app.auctollo.com, operated by W3 EDGE, LLC d/b/a Auctollo. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
New paying subscribers making their first purchase of a Pro, Pro Scale, or Pro Max subscription are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies once per account and does not apply to renewal charges or add-on purchases made after the initial subscription.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
Refunds are not available for annual renewal charges after the 30-day window, except in the case of billing errors (see Section 7).
To prevent an unwanted renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date through the billing portal at app.auctollo.com/dashboard or by emailing billing@auctollo.com. After cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period — no partial-period refund is issued.
Credits consumed before a refund request is received are non-refundable as a separate line item. However, if you request a refund within the 30-day guarantee window, the full subscription price is refunded regardless of credits consumed. The refund reduces your future credit allotment to zero for the period being refunded.

The Founding Member Discount (20% permanent reduction to the base subscription price) is contingent on maintaining an active subscription. If a refund is granted:
If you want to retain the Founding Member Discount, you may choose not to exercise your refund right and instead cancel at the next renewal date.
Annual subscriptions are not prorated after the first 30 days. If you downgrade or cancel after day 30 of an annual billing period, you retain access until the period ends and no partial refund is issued for remaining months.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after cancellation — contact billing@auctollo.com within 90 days of the charge. Include your account email and receipt. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund promptly if an error is confirmed, regardless of the standard 30-day window.
Per-domain add-on charges follow the same 30-day policy as the base subscription. Add-ons added mid-period are evaluated for refund on a case-by-case basis — email billing@auctollo.com with details.
If your account is suspended or terminated by Auctollo for violating the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, you are not eligible for a refund, including under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds by check, wire transfer, or as account credits unless your original payment method is no longer valid, in which case we will work with you to find an alternative.
