These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between W3 EDGE, LLC d/b/a Auctollo ("Auctollo," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," "your," or "User"). Auctollo operates the Indexation plugin for WordPress and the cloud platform at app.auctollo.com (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, installing the Indexation plugin, or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, each incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes both you personally and that entity.
To access the Auctollo cloud platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
Accounts may not be shared or transferred without our prior written consent.
The Indexation WordPress plugin ("Plugin") is released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+) and distributed free of charge at WordPress.org. Your use of the Plugin is governed by the GPL. These Terms apply to the cloud platform and paid services that extend the Plugin's capabilities; they do not limit your rights under the GPL.
Auctollo offers the following paid subscription plans (prices in USD):
| Plan | Price | Domains | Monthly Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $190/year | 1 | 1,000 |
| Pro Scale | $590/year | 5 | 4,000 |
| Pro Max | $1,490/year | 15 | 12,000 |
Additional per-domain add-ons are available at rates listed on our pricing page.
A free community tier is available with no subscription. Free-tier features include the Plugin's full local sitemap generation, robots.txt editor, redirect manager, IndexNow integration, AI crawler blocker, and all other built-in technical-SEO tools. Cloud-hosted sitemaps, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools API integrations, and AI-powered cloud features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before renewal.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge over a 7-day grace period during which your subscription remains active. If payment is not resolved, your subscription will be downgraded to the free tier.
You may cancel at any time by emailing billing@auctollo.com or through the billing management link in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then.
Credits are the unit of consumption for AI-powered and cloud-processing features. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allotment that resets on your monthly billing anniversary (not the calendar month).
Representative credit costs:
| Feature | Credits |
|---|---|
| Cloud sitemap delta update | 1 |
| Cloud sitemap full regeneration | 5 |
| AI redirect suggestion (per URL) | 1 |
| AI redirect bulk batch (50 URLs) | 30 |
| Indexation Troubleshooter (per turn) | 6 |
| Meta-tag full-site scan (per 10,000 URLs) | 30 |
| Schema audit (on demand) | 30 |
Full credit-rate documentation is in the Auctollo Help Center. Rates may be adjusted with 30 days' advance notice.
Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period. Credits are tied to your account and subscription and may not be transferred, sold, or combined with credits from another account.
Credits have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash.
During our launch window (announced via the Plugin and email), qualifying new Pro subscribers may receive 6 months of Pro access at no charge. After the free period ends, your subscription converts automatically to a standard paid annual subscription at the then-current price and renews accordingly. You may cancel before the conversion date to avoid charges; no payment is collected during the free period.
The first 1,000 users who upgrade from the free tier to any paid plan receive a 20% permanent discount on their base subscription price ("Founding Member Discount"), applied automatically on your Stripe invoice. The Founding Member Discount:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUCTOLLO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO AUCTOLLO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). IN NO EVENT WILL AUCTOLLO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless W3 EDGE, LLC, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time through the dashboard settings or by emailing legal@auctollo.com. Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you qualify under the Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you: (a) violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) fail to pay fees after the grace period; or (c) engage in conduct that threatens the integrity or security of the Service. Terminations for cause do not entitle you to a refund.
On termination, your right to access the cloud platform ceases. Your account data will be retained for 30 days then deleted. The Plugin's GPL license is unaffected by termination of your Auctollo account.
Informal Resolution. Before any formal proceeding, contact us at legal@auctollo.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in Wilmington, Delaware. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION UNDER THESE TERMS.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@auctollo.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email or a prominent dashboard notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you object, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription and close your account before the change takes effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auctollo regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
